Overview
G.O.T. Transportation runs personal rides and medical courier work in Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding Midlands. The platform takes a booking from address to dispatch: a customer prices the trip, books it, and follows it, and the operator runs the day from one dashboard.
Challenge
A ride business loses the customer at the moment of price. People want the fare before they commit, and an owner needs every booking in front of them, not buried in a phone.
Solution
A fare calculated on the server from the real driving distance, so a customer sees the price first and cannot edit it. Customers sign up, book now or later, choose personal or medical courier, see their rides and cancel. The operator's dashboard lists every ride with filters, status changes, payment marking and CSV export, plus customers and contact messages. Every ride keeps a timeline of who changed what and when.
Results
Live at got.metrix.build, with a 22 second brand film and an end-to-end test suite that books rides, resets passwords and tries to break in.
