Terms of Service

Metrix is a multi-tenant platform for building websites and managing client relationships, proposals, messaging, and payments. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you create.
• You may sign in with Google or other supported methods; you are responsible for the credentials you use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or the source of content you publish.

Where you use Metrix to send or collect payments, transactions may be processed by third parties such as Stripe, or arranged directly between you and your client. You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts, taxes, and any obligations arising from those transactions.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant Metrix the limited rights needed to host, display, and operate the service on your behalf. Metrix and its underlying software remain our property.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users. You can request account deletion by contacting us.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Metrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
