Overview
Otani Nails and Handmade Jewelry is Yvette Hickson's private studio in Columbia, South Carolina: waterless pedicures, nail art, and a bead table. Metrix built the site and the admin behind it, and connected it to the booking page her clients already use.
Challenge
One owner, two kinds of work: the chair and the bead table. Clients needed one place to meet the studio and book, and the owner needed one place to handle bead table requests.
Solution
A site in her own words that sends every booking straight to the studio's existing booking page, so her regulars book the way they always have. Bead table sessions come in as requests the owner reviews in her admin, which carries per-role permissions and an audit log.
