Overview

The Hive is a mixed-use development at the I-20 gateway to North Augusta, South Carolina: retail, dining, hospitality and modern living, coming summer 2026. The site exists before the place does.

Solution

A launch site for a destination that is still rising: the vision, the master plan, commercial space, the homes at Jackson Parc, a progress page, and a VIP list that captures interest ahead of opening. Macro photography and a gold mark, kept confident and minimal.
